New Media Paintings
Trad-Digital is a name used to discribe the technique of creating a painting using both TRADITIONAL and DIGITAL methods. It is also known as New Media. It can be done in various ways but the most often method I use is to draw the picture using pencil on paper. Then I scan or photograph the drawing and upload it into my computer. I then paint the picture using a Wacom graphics tablet. This is much the same as painting with a brush except you don't have tubes of paint and have to clean the brushes !
